• Communication records (WhatsApp, email, support tickets)

If you connect Google Drive, we may list and import files you choose to deliver the Services. See Google user data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Power our AI recommendation and validation engines
• Enable real-time cross-verification with government databases
• Facilitate expert CA/CS review and filing
• Send timely status updates and support communications via WhatsApp and email
• Improve our AI models using anonymised, aggregated data only
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000

3. Sharing of Information

We share your information only when necessary with:

• Licensed CAs and CSs for expert review
• Government portals (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax, etc.) for validation and filing
• Authorised service providers (hosting, payment gateways, DSC providers) under strict confidentiality agreements
• Banking partners (only with your explicit consent) for introduction services

We do not sell your personal data under any circumstances.

4. AI Processing & Automated Decisions

Our AI tools analyse your inputs to provide entity recommendations and draft documents. All AI-generated outputs undergo mandatory human expert review before any filing. You may request a fully manual process at any time.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption and regular audits. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system can guarantee 100% security against all threats.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements). Please write to admin@filinx.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as required to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (generally 7–8 years for incorporation records), or resolve disputes.

Your data is primarily processed in India. Any transfer outside India will be done with appropriate safeguards as required by law.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

• The Platform, AI Tools, and Services are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or specific outcomes.
• Real-time validation with government databases is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or temporary unavailability in those external databases.
• Statistical claims (such as success rates or processing times) reflect historical averages and do not constitute a guarantee for any individual engagement.
• Banking introductions and certain post-incorporation services are subject to the availability and terms of our partner institutions.
• We are not liable for the privacy practices of any government portal, bank, or third-party service provider linked from our Platform.
